Rebecca Searles

Rebecca Searles joined SageView as a Vice President, Retirement Plan Consulting in the Irvine office in 2011. Her primary role is to serve as the client service contact for day-to-day administrative issues and questions. She consults on fiduciary and compliance complexities as well as plan design, employee education and communications. In 2016, Rebecca was selected as one of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) Top Women Advisor All-Stars.* This honor is based on NAPA’s nomination and qualification process, including voting by plan sponsor clients and industry peers.

Prior to joining SageView, Rebecca spent two years working for The H Group, a Registered Investment Advisory firm in Portland, OR. She assisted wealth management clients with ongoing account maintenance and supported the firm’s advisory practice.

Rebecca graduated from Biola University in La Mirada, CA with a B.S. in Business Management.
