Mike Devane
Vice President, Participant Education and Engagement
Mike Devane is the Vice President, Participant Education and Engagement at SageView, leading a team of Financial Coaches through the firm’s PersonalSAGE financial education and engagement platform. He is focused on developing and delivering personalized and timely financial education to retirement plan participants of SageView’s plan sponsor clients.
Before joining SageView in 2024, Mike spent 14 years at Wells Fargo, and later Principal Financial Group, as a relationship manager and leading group and one-on-one meetings with participants. He specialized in advanced retirement topics and leading national education initiatives.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Superior with a bachelor’s degree in media communications. He resides in Minnesota with his family.
