Lisa Hoxha is a Director, Retirement Plan Consulting in SageView Advisory Group’s Honolulu, Hawaii office. She is a retirement plan industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, primarily working with plan sponsors in the large government space. Lisa applies her depth of knowledge and practical insights to serve clientele with respect to plan governance, participant communication strategy, and relationship management.
Prior to joining SageView in 2023, Lisa was a Lead Participant Communication Strategist for Government Markets at Empower. In that role, Lisa had successfully developed and executed award-winning communication strategies for several major public sector clients.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
