Kristen Cardey is a Vice President, Retirement Plan Consulting based out of SageView’s Irvine office, supporting retirement plan management and administration for Plan Sponsor clients. She is committed to achieving her clients’ retirement program needs by fostering strong relationships with committee members, trustees and vendors. Kristen’s primary goal is to help make the retirement program run smoothly and efficiently through communicating with plan sponsors and participants on plan conversions, daily operating functions and ongoing account management.
She leads the SageView West team in plan transitions, overseeing over 25 in the past years. While located in Irvine, Kristen also develops plan sponsor support and communication strategies for SageView nationwide.
In 2016, Kristen was recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) as a Top Woman Advisor Rising Star. This honor is based on NAPA’s nomination and qualification process, including voting by plan sponsor clients and industry peers.
Kristen received a B.A. in Advertising from Pepperdine University.
