John is a Retirement Plan Consultant with SageView Advisory Group, based out of the firm’s Minnesota office. He is passionate about helping plan participants strategically develop and successfully implement a plan to achieve a dignified and rewarding retirement. To that end, John works with both plan sponsors and participants to ensure that their retirement plan is designed appropriately in order to best meet the needs of each group. He believes that communication and service are paramount and has been serving as a plan fiduciary to group retirement plans since 2002, the first year a cell phone was released with a camera.
John began his career in 2000 with Morgan Stanley before transitioning to the independent channel in 2010 in order to better serve his retirement plan clients. Prior to joining SageView, John was a Retirement Plan Consultant with Channel Financial.
Other than his time at college and a year living on a sailboat in Key Largo, FL, John has spent most of his life living in Minnesota. With his wife and two daughters, he enjoys travelling, golfing, skiing and spending time at the cabin.
