Jeremy Holly

Jeremy Holly is Chief Development and Integration Officer at SageView Advisory Group, leading the firm’s strategic organic and inorganic growth. He is responsible for SageView’s corporate M&A strategy, including planning, execution and integration. In his role, Jeremy works as a member of SageView’s executive team, supporting the growth of the firm through M&A, recruiting new advisors and helping SageView advisors grow and optimize their practices.

Holly has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Before joining SageView, he was the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Advisor Financial Solutions at LPL Financial, responsible for LPL’s M&A strategy, deal execution and integration as well supporting the growth of advisors through M&A. Prior to working at LPL, Holly was a senior financial analyst at Townsend Frew & Co., a boutique investment bank specializing in M&A in the health care industry.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
