Jack Fletcher, CPFA

Jack is a Director, Retirement Plan Consulting, based in Kansas City, MO, working with 401(k), 403(b), NQDC and Cash Balance retirement plan sponsors on investment oversight, plan design, and helping ensure they meet their fiduciary obligations.

Jack has worked in the financial services industry since 2012, spending time at American Century Investments, before moving onto to Cognios Capital and later Mariner Wealth Advisors, where he was a Retirement Plan Advisor.

He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on economics from the University of Missouri and holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation. Jack was named as one of nation’s top retirement plan advisors under 40 in 2023 by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
