
Heather Johnson serves as Account Executive and has over 19 years of retirement industry experience. She is passionate about achieving clients’ retirement needs by fostering relationships with clients, committee members, trustees, and vendors. Her goal is to be an extension of your company by helping to make the retirement program run smoothly and efficiently.
This includes communicating with plan sponsors and participants on plan conversions, reconciliations, terminations, audits, and daily operating functions, such as, eligibility, loans, and ongoing account management. In 2016, Heather was selected as one of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) Top Women Advisor All-Stars.* This honor is based on NAPA’s nomination and qualification process, including voting by plan sponsor clients and industry peers
Heather received a B.A. in English from Central College in Pella, IA. She is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), and holds multiple securities and state insurance licenses.
