Desiree Cruise is a Retirement Plan Consultant with SageView Advisory Group, with more than 26 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. She partners with organizations of all sizes—both for-profit and non-profit—to design, manage, and optimize retirement plans that align with each client’s goals and while supporting their employees’ financial well-being.
Before joining SageView, Desiree built a diverse background in retirement plan recordkeeping, holding several key roles throughout her career. Most recently, she served as a Relationship Manager at Empower, where she worked closely with plan sponsors to ensure seamless plan administration and a strong participant experience. Her comprehensive industry perspective allows her to navigate complex plan challenges and deliver tailored, strategic guidance.
Desiree is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and holds the Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) designation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University. Her depth of technical expertise, combined with a client-first approach, makes her a trusted advisor to employers and their participants alike.
Outside of work, Desiree enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found cheering on her kids in their various sports and activities.
