Anthony Franchimone

Anthony Franchimone is a Managing Director, Retirement Plan Consulting based out of SageView’s San Diego, CA office. He provides comprehensive, qualified, and non-qualified retirement plan services to institutions and their employees. His experience spans well over 30 years. He supports plans of all sizes with fiduciary oversight and governance, investment due diligence, plan design consulting, vendor management, and employee education.

Over the years, Tony has been recognized for his knowledge as a featured speaker and panelist for many retirement plan conferences, seminars and broadcasts, discussing plan design, communication/education, wellness, and investment trends.

Prior to joining SageView, he served as a Principal and Founding Partner for Retirement Benefits Group. Tony and his team joined SageView in 2023.

Tony graduated San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration and has done post-graduate studies achieving both the Plan Sponsor Retirement Professional and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designations. 

Tony is married with four children and lives in Carlsbad, CA. He enjoys sports, traveling, and playing golf. He also completed the 2007 Ironman Triathlon World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
